You may cancel your booking at any time by calling us however there may be some charges applicable to it as per conditions below:
- Cab Cancelation - 48 hours prior to pick-up time - Full Refund ( Except Service fee of Rs 100/Cab for local trip, Rs 250/Cab for outstation trip )
- Tempo Traveler Cancellation, 48 hours prior to pick-up time - Full Refund ( Except Service fee of Rs 1000/Cab for local trip, Rs 2000/Cab for outstation trip )
- Cab Cancelation Between 48 Hours - 24 Hours - 10% of Total Trip Cost or Service Fee, whichever is higher , will be charged and rest will be refunded
- Within 24 hours of pick-up time - 20% of Total Trip Cost , Whichever will be higher, will be charged and rest will be refunded.
- While on trip or Same Day Cancellation - 100% of trip cost will be payable considering number of days, kms from garage to garage & Driver Allowance. No Refund will be entertained.
- In case of luxury car cancelation only 25% of advance amount will be refund.
In case of Postponed of trip, Cancellation Policy may be changed as below.
- 48 Hours prior information about date change for budget & family cab- No Charge for changing in date and time
- Information about date change in Tempo Traveler Booking, if given 48 Hours prior- Rs 500, If Given 24 Hours Prior- Rs 1000, If change same day , no change allowed ( Above cancellation policy may apply and we can postpone the trip by making new booking)
REFUNDS
- Refunds, as applicable per the cancellation policy, will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 days
